Number a production, and get the index with it

Bates numbering is not a per-document job. A production is handed over as a set and every reference back to it afterwards is a range, so the numbers have to run straight through the bundle: the second file starts where the first one finished. This does that in one pass, and writes the index as a spreadsheet at the same time — one row per document with the range it holds, which is what goes in the disclosure list and is tedious and error-prone to read back off a stamped set. Every file is opened, changed and saved by your own browser. Nothing is uploaded to a server, nothing is stored, and no account is needed.
