Sign and fill a PDF

Draw a signature with a finger, a stylus or a mouse — or upload one you already have — then drop it, along with typed text, dates and tick marks, exactly where it belongs on the page. Ask for a certificate of completion and you also get a second PDF listing every mark, the page it went on and the time it was made, carrying the SHA-256 of the signed file so a recipient can prove it has not been altered since. Every file is opened, changed and saved by your own browser. Nothing is uploaded to a server, nothing is stored, and no account is needed.
